Together, we work to process and integrate what’s been holding you back, so you can move forward with more freedom, insight, and ease.

    Whether you’re navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, this work creates space for meaningful healing—without requiring you to identify with any particular belief system. You don’t need to consider yourself spiritual to benefit. Just bring your willingness to show up for yourself. This work will meet you exactly where you are.

  • Not at all. This work meets you wherever you are. Some clients approach sessions from a spiritual perspective, while others simply want a grounded space for reflection, clarity, and release. The work is experiential — you’re encouraged to notice what resonates for you, no belief required. However, being open minded deeply supports the outcome from this type of work.

  • Each session is tailored to you. We may work with:

    • Releasing old patterns or emotional blocks

    • Clarifying transitions or decisions

    • Deepening self-awareness and resilience

    • Grounding during times of stress or change

    • Reconnecting to your inner wisdom or sense of purpose

    Approaches may include guided meditation, somatic awareness, intuitive inquiry, energy clearing, or other healing practices — always in collaboration with your comfort and readiness.

  • No. While this work can feel therapeutic and emotionally supportive, it is not a substitute for licensed mental health care. I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. If you’re working with a therapist or physician, this work can complement that care. That said, many people come to me after traditional approaches haven’t brought the clarity, relief, or change they were looking for — often when they feel something deeper still needs to be addressed.

  • Yes — curiosity is welcome. You don’t need to be in crisis or have a specific issue to benefit from this work. Many people simply feel drawn to explore something deeper within themselves, or want to reconnect with clarity, peace, or purpose.

  • No. While the roots of this work honor indigenous and Earth-based wisdom traditions, it is not tied to any religion. It is universal in nature — open to people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and beliefs.

  • Find a quiet, private space where you feel safe and free from distractions. You may want to have a journal, water, or anything that helps you settle. Come with an open mind and a willingness to tune in — that’s all you need.

    Sessions are typically held over the phone, though Zoom is always available if you prefer to meet face-to-face, especially for deeper energy work. We’ll confirm your preference beforehand, and I’m happy to be flexible depending on your needs.

  • Many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, or more grounded. Sometimes subtle shifts unfold over the following days or weeks. You may receive suggestions for integration or reflection, but there’s no homework unless it feels supportive to you. However, integrating the lessons learned is by far one of the most important steps in the process of healing.

  • I believe healing should be accessible to everyone. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to bring it up during our introductory call.
